You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Listings displayed through the Service come from Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and other third-party data providers. We do not own, control, or independently verify this data. Listing information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Consumers may use this data solely to identify prospective properties they may be interested in purchasing.
Pricing, availability, and all other listing details are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified through the listing brokerage prior to any real estate decision.
The Service provides information and tools (including affordability calculators and property estimates) for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, mortgage, or real estate advice. Consult qualified professionals before making any real estate or mortgage decision.

The Service, including its design, code, and content (other than third-party listing data) is owned by Portal Lending and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party services (such as payment processors, mapping providers, and MLS data providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portal Lending and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, at our discretion. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Portal Lending is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
