• Property activity: Listings you view, save, favorite, and search filters you use.

• MLS data: Property listings displayed through the Service are sourced from licensed Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and are not collected from you.

• With our data providers (e.g., HomeAdvantage®, Home Junction / Slipstream) as needed to fulfill your search requests.

• With your consent — for example, when you request to be contacted by a loan officer or listing agent.
• As required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
