Portal Lending is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Our ongoing commitment

We work continuously to:

• Ensure sufficient color contrast between text and background (minimum 4.5:1).
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and graphics.
• Make all functionality accessible via keyboard without a mouse.
• Use semantic HTML so assistive technologies can navigate the page structure.
• Label form fields clearly and provide helpful error messages when validation fails.
• Avoid time-based content traps, flashing content, or interactions that rely solely on color or gesture.

Third-party content

Property listings and photographs displayed through the Service originate from third-party Multiple Listing Services and listing agents. While we apply best practices on our side, we cannot fully control the accessibility of every third-party image or description. We are happy to help interpret any listing content that is unclear — contact us below.

Known limitations

The interactive map view currently uses a visual-only price-bubble overlay. An equivalent keyboard-navigable listings grid is always available via the “Listings” toggle to provide the same information in a non-visual format.
